Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Payments During the Beta

Customer signup and available customer features are free. Businesses also create their Orbit profile for free, and Orbit does not accept business plan payments in this release.

Future Cancellation Path

If optional paid business services launch later, business subscribers should be able to cancel from the billing portal or by contacting [email protected].

Future Refund Window

A future refund policy will be reviewed before public commercial launch. First-month refund handling is planned, but not active while subscriptions are disabled.

No Revenue Guarantee

Future refunds should not be based on whether a subscriber gets a specific number of leads, sales, or promotion redemptions.
