How do I get help with my Orbit AI account?
Open Account & Security for available account recovery, export, and deletion options. If you need help, contact us from the email address on your account.
Is Orbit AI available right now?
Orbit AI is on hold for now. Account recovery, data export, and deletion options remain available through Account & Security.
Can I download Nova Chores or use OnCall AI now?
Both products are in development. Their public pages show previews of the direction and available designs; customer onboarding is not open.
Where do I buy Orbit Bot Adventures?
The Kids catalog links to the available editions on Amazon. A parent, guardian, or educator should complete the purchase there.
Is DawnBreakers available to play?
DawnBreakers: Crystal Ascension is in development. You can currently explore selected card previews on its department page.
Can I open a new NovaGold account?
NovaGold public app and provider enrollment are retired. Existing account export and deletion options remain available through Account & Security.
Where are outside social account connections?
Outside social account connections have been retired. Orbit AI is currently on hold.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the page, what you expected, and what happened. Never email any provider credential to support. Keep passwords and security codes private.
Never include a password, authentication code, payment detail, or API key in a support message.
