1. Public Beta Service

Orbit AI is a no-payment public beta for local businesses, creators, and customers. It provides a first-party social network with profiles, discovery, posts, media, events, collaborations, reviews, offers, loyalty features, notifications, safety tools, native analytics, and an optional AI companion. Beta features and limits may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn as the product is tested.

Orbit does not connect to or publish through outside social networks. Historical marketing and connector features from earlier versions have been retired and are not part of the active service.

2. Accounts and Security

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, authenticator codes, passkeys, and signed-in devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another user's account, probe the service, bypass limits, automate abusive activity, or interfere with security controls.

3. Free Customer Access and No Beta Charges

Customer signup and the available customer social features are free during the public beta. Businesses also begin by creating a free profile. Staged business plan information is available only to the signed-in owner after that business profile is created. The beta does not accept payment; checkout, billing automation, renewals, and paid upgrades remain launch-locked and require a separate launch decision and updated purchase terms.

4. Your Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant NovaOrbital LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Orbit. This license ends when content is deleted except for cached, backup, legal, or shared copies that cannot reasonably be withdrawn immediately.

Do not submit unlawful content, malware, harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, spam, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, fraudulent reviews, intellectual property you cannot use, deceptive offers, or attempts to manipulate engagement. Do not use reports, reviews, invitations, messages, or automation to target or overwhelm others.

5. Community Safety and Moderation

Orbit may use automated signals and human review to investigate reports, limit distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and comply with law. Blocking, muting, reporting, and appeals support safety but do not guarantee that every harmful interaction will be prevented. Do not expose another person's report or safety choice without permission.

6. Business, Offer, and AI Responsibility

Businesses are responsible for claims, prices, dates, availability, eligibility, fulfillment, loyalty balances, and offers they publish. Users and businesses must comply with consumer, advertising, tax, licensing, and promotion laws that apply to them.

Pulse Ping Potential and related planning signals summarize eligible, privacy-protected community activity. They are directional planning aids, not promises of attendance, demand, reach, revenue, or business results. Businesses may not attempt to identify Pulse contributors or use grouped reports to target, discriminate against, or contact an individual.

AI-generated content and the companion's tips are suggestions, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional advice. Review generated material before acting or publishing. Reach, revenue, engagement, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

NovaOrbital LLC may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may permanently delete a signed-in account through Account & Security or submit a support deletion request if you cannot sign in. Deletion is irreversible; download content you need first.

8. Beta Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

The beta is provided on an "as available" basis for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, NovaOrbital LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from beta use. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

9. Changes and Contact
